In the heart of the Aragonese Pyrenees, the Guayente boarding school welcomes teenagers whose lives have been shaped by migration, adoption, institutional care, or the risk of social exclusion. The Path that Walks is an intimate and sensorial portrait of their transformation through cooking, care, and communal living. With a close and empathetic gaze, the film explores their fragility, bonds, and dreams in a space where authority, listening, and affection intertwine every day. The director, present from within, follows and is deeply moved by this educational and vital experience, where the kitchen becomes a space of transition, resistance, learning, and becoming—capturing the raw and transcendent moments of their journey and shared self-revelation.
