Russia invaded Ukraine and the NATO is in an uproar. A deal was made to have 300.000 troops ready for action, when needed even within 24 hours, by the end of 2023. The Netherlands agreed to be a part of this deal, but it seems it was easier said than done. Drones and rockets we deliver just fine, but what Dutch citizen still fancies a carreer in the army? Does The Netherlands, full of liberal socialists, truly need a military culture like England to play their part in the NATO?
