Dennis, Cherald, Dette and Micha fell out of the works of a videoartist. The artist portrayed them, but they never ended up in one of her pieces. Still, the artist and her characters can’t let each other go. When the artist falls into a crisis, she feels disconnected from life. She feels as if she is a character in a life that is not her own. She returns to her characters and in doing so, becomes one in her own art. Can she direct them in such a way that they will teach her how to be a real person? Can they bring the artist back to life?
